Ariana is absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional. She made selling and buying our home a low stress process and we greatly appreciated all her help!

Ariana played a huge part in helping our family find and close on our first home in an extremely difficult market for first time buyers. We had essentially given up on the entire process and resigned to continue renting when we met Ariana. She took the time to sit down with us, provided us with valuable knowledge on how to continue our search, and then stuck with us throughout the process as a trusted advisor. She accompanied us on many home visits, and never pressured us to make a hasty decision. When we finally found a house coming up for sale that was within our budget and desired school district, she diligently followed up with the selling agent and was able to get us a tour of the home the moment it was available (very important in this market). When we decided that this home was "the one", Ariana helped us navigate our offer to make sure it was attractive enough to be accepted but also consistent with the actual value of the property and protected our interests. After our offer was accepted, she stayed with us every step of the way and even helped bring trusted resources (mortgage company, inspector, etc.) that made the process smoother. I honestly don't know if we'd be moving into our new home were it not for having met Ariana. Our family is grateful for her and very happy and relieved to finally have a home to call our own.

Ariana made the impossible, possible! If I could give 6 stars, I would. Ariana helped guide us through a very competitive housing market and we were able to close in 30 days!!! She is very personable and makes you feel like family immediately. You are missing out if you aren't working with Ariana Watson!

I’m about 5 months late in posting my review, but please don’t let that discourage you. If you’re looking for a realtor - someone that will go above and beyond, and do more than just find you the perfect home - Ariana is the best of the best. She not only helped us sell our home with profit, but also helped us find the home we’ve been loving for the past 5 months. Ariana was patient. She listened and heard our wants and needs. If she couldn’t answer something, she’d find the answer. She stayed in communication with us at all times, and she did everything she could to ensure deadlines were met, so we could close on time. She offered encouragement and good advice when we were unsure. You will never feel rushed into something you don’t want. We couldn’t have chosen a better person for our investment - our home! Ariana has been an amazing advocate for us during this convoluted process! She is very pleasant to work with and maintains professionalism. My wife was the primary contact as I was working over 3 hours away, however this worked out just great.
