Decided to buy an acre home, Araceli realty was the one that had the home listed. She did make sure we were able to see the home by sending one of her agents to see the property, not her. She was successful in making sure we were the only ones to put an offer in on the home. Not my first time buying a home so I definitely had a very different experience purchasing a home as in not ever meeting my realtor in person. Everything was done by email and phone, which I don’t understand if that’s the new way of buying a home. I believe the successful purchase does make her knowledgeable of the home market. As a professional and honest guy I believe there’s more work to do on her and her loan originators communication personally, not just by phone and email, which I believe looks more professional and comforting towards the customer. I definitely will say she was professional at all times the little we had communication with her by phone, not in person. I believe there was some frustrations on both sides including the loan originator but all parties stayed professional and finally completed the purchase.
I moved here from SC and as a single lady not knowing the area as far as safety concerns, I have been afraid for my life and have robbed after only living here less than 2 months. I trusted her being a woman herself to have empathy enough to inform me of the area somewhat.. Buying a home is supposed to be a happy part of life, not a time to fear whether you are going to get robbed or something worse. All she cared about was the $$$ she certainly wasn’t working in my favor.. There were issues from the moment I moved in like the people who lived here left 4 cat’s that climbed my screens and destroyed my garden.. And peeing and pooping everywhere and constantly running into my home. She said she would contact the previous owner but never did..
This is our second time working with Araceli and there is a reason for that… She is knowledgeable and very friendly. She treats you like family and makes sure you are happy during the process. She’s awesome!

We found ourselves in a position where we were not only "upside down" on our house, but needed to make a significant number of repairs/upgrades to meet code and lender requirements. Araceli's ability to commandeer resources and tradesmen to allow us to receive a profit on the sale went far beyond any expectations or hope that we had. Beyond this, the timeframe in which we were able to accomplish this makes her efforts even more impressive. Our backs were against the wall, and Araceli led us through what could have been a financially disastrous situation. Enough said, my hat goes off to her creativity and tenacious support of us during a very stressful time.
