I bought my very first house through Araceli and her financial wizard Wally at the ripe old age of 62. I was buried under tons of paper work but Araceli helped me power through it. When I closed on the house, there were a few things the seller forgot, but Wally was there on the day of closing making things right. Seven months later, I was laid off from my job and could not find work. After six months of unemployment and a lot of uncertainty, I turned to Araceli and had her put my first ever home back on the market. From that moment Araceli tirelessly searched for a buyer driving 60 miles round trip from her office to show my house to prospective buyers and a lot of no shows. And Wally was there too keeping me advised on the on the financial side of things. Araceli and Wally found a buyer for my home and we closed the deal the first week in April this year.
