This was my wife and I's first time purchasing a home and Apryl could not have been better to us. She was so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process from start to finish. We had a wonderful experience working with Apryl. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our home shopping process . We initially had a to be built condo purchased . We thought was our dream retirement home . Unfortunately the builders and realtors did not give us accurate information on when the unit was to be completed , after selling our home and then renting for many months . We finally decided to terminate the purchase . Apryl was on top of everything we got our money back and she was able to find a rental in CT. So we could look again for another condo. 2 weeks after we arrived in CT from TN. She found us an existing condo that had everything we wanted in the area we were familiar with. We cannot thank her enough for hanging in there and getting us through this difficult market . We are elderly and she was just so helpful and stayed positive and supportive throughout this process.
