We had a wonderful experience working with Apryl. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our home shopping process . We initially had a to be built condo purchased . We thought was our dream retirement home . Unfortunately the builders and realtors did not give us accurate information on when the unit was to be completed , after selling our home and then renting for many months . We finally decided to terminate the purchase . Apryl was on top of everything we got our money back and she was able to find a rental in CT. So we could look again for another condo. 2 weeks after we arrived in CT from TN. She found us an existing condo that had everything we wanted in the area we were familiar with.
