The amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she took her time tic walk me through the “big picture.” From there on out, she was always available to provide me with the information that I needed, every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Apryl does it. Apryl is simply the best.
