The agent did a fantastic job of selling my home. It’s sold quickly thanks to the frequent open houses and her availability. She also found our dream house and talked the sellers into excepting the purchase subject to are selling our home. I tried not to get excited as I understood it would be difficult to sell our home in the agreed-upon timeframe, but she made it happen. The escrow was made so much easier as Aprile stayed right on top of everything and the escrow closed on time, in fact it closed early. We were in our new home before our expected time and able to enjoy the holidays there. I highly recommend Aprile for a stress free transaction and someone who has the knowledge of social media is a big plus.
