Amazing person. She helped me buy my first home and I noticed she was very knowledgeable. I then reached out to her to then help me sell my home. She guided me through the whole process and answered all the questions I had. She kept looking out for my best interests and made it a smooth and fast sale. I really appreciated all her involvement and her availability around my schedule. Thank you Aprile !!
Aprile helped us obtain our dream home in a very exclusive location, not only did she have the A team behind her but was on time and always very accessible. I will certainly use her again. Thank you for everything.
April was great to work with. She stayed in constant contact and had offered great expertise and advice that helped us make the right decisions to sell our house fast.
I can’t speak highly enough of Aprile as my real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, good with people and went up and beyond in helping me through my sale.
Aprile sold a vacation cabin for us in Bodfish, Kern County. I tried several realtors prior to Aprile. The property was a very difficult sell as it was much newer than any properties in the area with the same criteria so comps were a problem. She lived 200 miles from the cabin and visited more than once, she even held an open house up there!! Because of her dedication and perseverance we used her again to be our selling agent and our buying agent for our real estate needs in Southern California. Would definitely recommend.
Aprile is a very hard working and conscientious Realitor. She is very honest and dependable. I work recommended her to anyone looking for a Realitor.
Aprile has sold 12 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
