April was wonderful to work with. Very caring. Always responded quickly to emails and questions. From time of listing to closing was 33 days and price was greater than list price.

April helped us to buy our first home. Choosing an agent is a personal thing. We met lots of agents while attending many open houses and looking back we think April was a good fit for us. We just liked her gentle style. She understood our needs very quickly and kept in mind when giving advices! As first time buyers we had tons of questions, but April answered all of them very patiently which helped us to make good decisions and feel confident throughout the process. We had an intense search for about 3 months and she was super flexible, available for us whenever we needed her. She always responded to our messages quickly. While looking at a house she let us take it in. She always pointed out details we missed regardless whether it was something that made a house more desirable to us or the opposite. She never tried to talk us into any house and we never felt rushed. When we found a house we wanted to make a bid, she was able to arrange for inspections at a short time frame. The inspectors were very thorough. Thank to them we passed on a house which looked reasonably good but easily would have turned into a nightmare if we bought it had the inspector not been so diligent. Our overall experience was great and we'd recommend April to anyone who's looking to buy.

April was the best real estate agent we could have asked for, especially for being first time home buyers! She was very knowledgeable and professional, all while being funny and honest. When we buy our next house we will definitely be using her, and would definitely recommend her to anyone!
