A few years ago, my husband were looking to buy land to build and we met Karie. She looked real hard but we eventfully felt that the time wasn't right. Years later, we decided to sell our home and I called Karie. She remembered us after all this time! Having never sold a home, we were really nervous about how to proceed. She explained the process so that BOTH my husband and I could understand and gave us many tools to keep us on track with deadlines and appointments. She was there with us every step of the way and was always available with any silly question we may have had. Karie is armed a team of photographer/videogragher and house cleaners that really made our house shine. We sold our home in two days and she negotiated almost $25,000 over asking!! Karen is who you want representing you when buying a home. She was excellent in helping us navigate the Seattle market and negotiating on our behalf in competitive, multi-offer situations. Highlights: 1) Incredibly patient. We took nine months to find the right home and in that time saw over 30+ with Karen. She was always eager to accompany us to a place and never complained about how long we were taking to find the right place. 2) Super responsive. Whether over email or text, we never needed to wait long for a response. 3) Knows how to negotiate and knows the market. She carefully guided us through the offer process and guided us on what pieces we could include or waive. Without her, we would absolutely still be looking.

I’ve worked with several realtors in the past. But I have to say, Fletch was one of the best Agents that I have ever worked with. He was very thorough, met me any time I asked, gave feedback on ideas for the house, was always quick to return an email or text, checked to make sure things were completed, got my house under the asking price, made sure my paper work was done thoroughly and on time. Even after things were said and done, he still checked to see if I needed any help. In my opinion, I feel that I had purchased a 1.5 million dollar home. That’s how I was treated. I would absolutely recommend Jim to sell or help buy your next home. He was exceptional at his response time. He listens, asks great questions to clarify to make sure we are all on the same page. He does great research and is very thorough at his job. I like his attention to details and flexibility to trust his clients, while advocating for their best interest. His team is great and do an excellent job. I would use him again in the future.

Rita has been our agent for several years. She has helped us both buy a home, and when it came time - to sell that home. In both instances, she expertly navigated the system for us, quelled our uncertainties, and talked us through the inevitable speed bumps along the road. In selling our home, the market was extremely uncertain. She held our hands throughout the process, and told us to have faith when we got cold feet.
