N more than a realtor…a PARTNER!

As a new homeowner in a vacation / investment property in the Anna Maria Island FL area, we started off seeking a competent realtor. My wife and I had met April five or six years prior (when we were “just looking”), and she was very knowledgeable about properties and the area and generous with her time back then. She left a big impression on us. Her “serve you” not “sell you” approach was sooo appreciated! So much so, that we went looking for her when we were “ready”. April is so much more than just a capable realtor. She has that rare quality of being a great ‘listener’ first. She heard us when we described our needs. She advised us well through all steps of our journey (from steps in the buy/ sell process to tips on property maintenance vendor choices. April didn’t just meet our needs…she anticipated them! By the end of our home purchase, my wife and I considered her a trusted “partner” and a friend. For these reasons and more, I highly recommend April Green without hesitation. I just can’t imagine ever doing another real estate transaction in Central Florida without her expertise.
