April was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in determining the right time to put the house on the market at a competitive, realistic price. She also kept track of similar homes for sale and how they were trending to help in the process. Her expertise is underscored by the fact that my house sold immediately. She guided me in the negotiation and closing processes and gave unbelievable assistance in helping me to get items addressed as a result of the inspection. This was particularly helpful as I was living in NJ! She kept me informed of everything every step of the way. She is the best. I will trust her with any future needs I may have and recommend her to family and friends.
