We are so grateful for Aprils assistance through an unusual transaction in order to get our dream home. We were burned in the past by a dishonest agent who left us in a difficult position to sell our current house. To make it more complicated, we found our dream home (a quick move-in “new build”) but needed to sell REALLY fast to make it happen. She sold our home quickly during an extremely slow time of year, for the full price we wanted AND helped us navigate through the purchase of New Construction to make sure everything lined up personally and financially with the builder. She was in constant communication with the Builder and the builders lender to ensure timeliness and accuracy, as well as review their contracts to make sure nothing was hidden in the fine print. She was honest, upfront and didn’t let any little details fall through the cracks. She was also very understanding and respectful of our family’s limitations with 3 young kids and special needs pets.
