I started following April when my husband and I relocated to Denver. We came here in 2021 and around the end of 21/22 I followed her on Instagram. I then reached out to here a few months later to see what was needed to begin the process of owning an home! After some medical set backs, and downsizing apts to save money, we reconnected in August 2024. Hubby and I started clearing credit with our mortgage banker and got our approval March 2025. We started looking at homes ..and put in our first and only offer a week later on the second home we saw. For whatever reason, God showed me this was our home. Yes, we looked at others while waiting to hear from the seller but nothing compared to this home! After a bidding war with a few other buyers the sellers actually called April and offered us the home! April worked her gift and negotiated the deal. Her knowledge and wisdom secured the best deal! April walked us through every step and even with my frustration (as I’m sure most first time buyers experience lol) she just kept reminding me of what we prayed for. She made sure we connected with inspectors, utility companies and all! We were at the closing table in May 14th 2025! I thank God for guiding me to her social media page in 2021! If it were not for her knowledge, determination and beautiful spirit, I am not sure if my hubby and I could have achieved such a great deal!
