I used April on 2 separate Property Deals & closures. The first deal was in Angleton and the closure went very fast & smoothly, but due to environmental concerns the first property deal had to be negated. The 2nd property deal was in Sweeney and this Property deal was met with probably every challenge known to man in the Real Estate Industry. The lender we ended up using was about as green as the grass. We kept moving forward and finally was able to claim victory. April answered my questions and tried to coach me along. We FINALLY closed, but April kept my spirits high. I would use April again should the opportunity present itself.

She was very patient with us for almost a whole year and cautioned us not to make unreasonable offers on over priced homes. Let's be honest, buying/selling a house can be super stressful but April went to bat for us! She was so polite and helpful even through my millions of questions. She did virtual walk throughs and gave us honest opinions which was so helpful since I was still living 10 hours away during the process. While I hope this is my forever home, I know I will call April with all of my real estate needs!
Our family relocated for work and we ended up with April as our realtor out of several choices. I don't know if other people are like me or not, but I have to "click" with people before working with them, in any capacity. And April and I clicked right away. (I hope she feels the same way ;) She starts right out with a warm smile and welcoming handshake. Our list of requirements was long and not a huge budget to work with so her work was cut out for her. As a first time relatively young buyers, both myself and my wife are deeply appreciative of April and how patient she was with us. We had gone through a few relators before April and they kind of brushed us off, and after a few showings wouldn't answer our calls/texts/etc. When we got to April we figured we be blown off again, but she stuck with us, showing after showing, and even through some very tough situations that we had with lending, even a botched closing and things taking longer than first thought, and undoubtedly would have made other agents jump ship. I am grateful to April and plan on using her again in the near future.
