April helped us find the perfect beach house as we moved from the west coast back to Texas. She was available what seemed like 24/7 as she always responded to questions right away. And when the seller promised us a piece of furniture but then didn't leave it, April searched all around to try to help us find a replacement. I used April on 2 separate Property Deals & closures. The first deal was in Angleton and the closure went very fast & smoothly, but due to environmental concerns the first property deal had to be negated. The 2nd property deal was in Sweeney and this Property deal was met with probably every challenge known to man in the Real Estate Industry. The lender we ended up using was about as green as the grass. We kept moving forward and finally was able to claim victory. April answered my questions and tried to coach me along. We FINALLY closed, but April kept my spirits high. I would use April again should the opportunity present itself.

Let's be honest, buying/selling a house can be super stressful but April went to bat for us! She was so polite and helpful even through my millions of questions. As a first time relatively young buyers, both myself and my wife are deeply appreciative of April and how patient she was with us.
