April helped us find the perfect beach house as we moved from the west coast back to Texas. She was available what seemed like 24/7 as she always responded to questions right away. And when the seller promised us a piece of furniture but then didn't leave it, April searched all around to try to help us find a replacement. We loved working with April and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

I used April on 2 separate Property Deals & closures. The first deal was in Angleton and the closure went very fast & smoothly, but due to environmental concerns the first property deal had to be negated. The 2nd property deal was in Sweeney and this Property deal was met with probably every challenge known to man in the Real Estate Industry. The lender we ended up using was about as green as the grass. We kept moving forward and finally was able to claim victory. April answered my questions and tried to coach me along. We FINALLY closed, but April kept my spirits high. I would use April again should the opportunity present itself.

She was very patient with us for almost a whole year and cautioned us not to make unreasonable offers on over priced homes. She made the house purchase very simple and understanding since we were first time buyers. The best part about this she never forced us to do anything, again very patient with our questions and us. April was so responsive and met with us late hours to accommodate the Refinery’s work hours. Let's be honest, buying/selling a house can be super stressful but April went to bat for us! She was so polite and helpful even through my millions of questions. She did virtual walk throughs and gave us honest opinions which was so helpful since I was still living 10 hours away during the process. While I hope this is my forever home, I know I will call April with all of my real estate needs!
Our family relocated for work and we ended up with April as our realtor out of several choices. I don't know if other people are like me or not, but I have to "click" with people before working with them, in any capacity. And April and I clicked right away. (I hope she feels the same way ;) She starts right out with a warm smile and welcoming handshake. Our list of requirements was long and not a huge budget to work with so her work was cut out for her. She came up with many homes for us to look over while we were in town from out-of-state. April was very helpful with bullet points and gave her personal honest opinions on things when asked.
