April was very patient and helpful throughout the process. I could text her whenever and she was willing to do in-person or virtual viewings. It was so easy to reach her and she was very responsive to all my questions. She saved me some money during the negotiation process which helped me significantly in getting a reasonable interest rate on my loan.

April Abrede is one of the most professional and knowledgeable real estate agents I've ever worked with. I contacted her August 2023 for help selling several lots I had never even seen and she replied immediately with detailed information and worked tireless to see us to closing in April 2024. This was not a lucrative deal by any means yet she stuck with it.
