Where to start with Dave? Well I suppose I would start with his outstanding marketing skills. Within the first 48 hours of our house being on the market we had received multiple offers. Not only did we have a quick sale of the home but, Dave also helped us find our dream home. We have been in our new home for about a month now and could not be happier. Another quality I really admire about Dave is his extreme honesty. It is not very often you come across a realtor that is not only worried about making a sale. He truly cares about the families he assists, whether they are selling or buying. I really liked that Dave even got to the property walk-thrus before we did just to access the outside conditions of the home. He wanted us to be prepared for anything and everything to help ensure we found a great home. Overall, 5 out of 5 star experience. I definitely do and will recommend Dave Gassman!
