It's hard to sell a co-op, since the buyer has to be approved by the board. My board is particularly strict, and I had several buyers denied. My first broker took months to find each buyer. Anzhela came in and found me a buyer in less than 2 weeks. When that one was denied, she found the next one in a week. That buyer was ultimately approved.
