I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. The amount of effort and time Anzhela put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. I felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the right questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. And on a related note, as a first-time home buyer, I’m not sure what to expect, what’s good/bad, etc., and she was always so candid and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what she had learned about me. I truly appreciated her input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but, it is crucial to keep those around that do. It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but she is really focused on making sure people are satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, for a first-time home buyer, this process is very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Anzhela Staraya went above and beyond (as I’m positive she do with all of her clients) and truly made me feel like I had a confidant/partner throughout. Overall, I would strongly recommend Anzhela Staraya to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially if they are first-time homebuyers. I would trust her with my eyes closed and her attention to detail and level of time/dedication to her clients is outstanding.
Angela explained various financial aspects of selling and was helpful in marketing the sale of my apartment - making sure to offer "showings", scheduling and advertising them at optimum times. It was approximately three months from when the apartment went on the market and the sale was complete. I think that speaks for itself!
