Anthony and Eppie deserve 10 stars for what they did! My 92 year old mother, who lives near me on the East Coast, decided to sell her Cupertino home that she's owned since 1963. The home was fully furnished with almost 60 years of collected treasures, and it was a little dated. But Team Lum jumped in, spruced up the house and we had multiple offers within 2 weeks! Once the home was under contract, Eppie managed the entire project to get the home ready for the buyers and did an outstanding job! Anthony kept us up to date on the close and handled any issues that came up. I can't recommend Team Lum highly enough, you won't be disappointed!
