Communication is critical in life and especially when making big decisions. Being open to someone changing their mind and fine-tuning their desires is so important. I thought I knew what I wanted at the start of this process and as I saw more and more it helped me realize that maybe I don’t want my main project in life to be remodeling a house, I loved the creativity in the prospective project but did I want to live in the midst of construction? Ultimately the answer was no and I’m very happy in my new house. Tony and Jake were open and receptive and not judgmental about any aspect of this transaction, they were encouraging, I felt like we were all in this together. They were also very helpful in negotiating the purchase price and the other details, home insurance, inspections, closing timing and maintenance suggestions. When I decided to buy my house I said, let’s do it, how fast can I make this happen? Everyone swung into action, it was so positive and efficient. Tony has been there after the sale when I was trying to find a cleaner, a plumber, handi-person, HVAC, he checked in with me often to see how it was going and I feel that I always have someone to ask when anything happens - his suggestions are both from experience and from listening to me. No assumptions made. Tony and Jake are professional, thorough and incredibly kind. And importantly they are responsive, I received a call 30 seconds after I made an inquiry about a house and we saw it the next morning, incredible. I highly recommend Tony and Jake Hernandez, in life we don’t notice great service enough, we usually focus on the negative. I am here to say that Tony and Jake are top-notch Sonoma County Realtors, I highly recommend!
