Tony has been there after the sale when I was trying to find a cleaner, a plumber, handi-person, HVAC, he checked in with me often to see how it was going and I feel that I always have someone to ask when anything happens - his suggestions are both from experience and from listening to me. And importantly they are responsive, I received a call 30 seconds after I made an inquiry about a house and we saw it the next morning, incredible.
