From the beginning Anthony really took control and made our needs a priority. He contacted me immediately once I had visited his MLS page, which truly won me over. That's important when you're moving over 2000 miles away from where you currently live to a place you've never been before! My husband and I were moving from from San Diego and had 3 months of a notice that we would be heading to Beaufort on his military orders. We were beyond pleased we chose Anthony as our realtor from the beginning. I flew into town for a few days to look at homes with the goal of finding something with all our needs within our price range, which can be quite a bit to ask if your realtor! Shockingly enough WE FOUND IT! Anthony did not waste my time showing me homes out of my price range and was extremely knowledgable/honest about the areas we were looking into, which was a huge factor of why we chose the home we did. He negotiated the contract in our favor and I truly believe he got is the best deal possible. We love our home and our experience with Anthony!
