He does not waste your time with properties he knows won't fit your needs or budget. He negotiated the best price for me, and did better than I thought possible! VERY professional, and caring. Always available to take my calls or to call me when he found something he knew I would be interested in. Truly went above and beyond making him the only realtor I would choose to do business with. Cannot recommend him enough, and have passed his information to everyone I know.
