Annie was great. The photos were professionally done and really showed the place nicely. She responds quickly to questions and made the transaction seamless. Also, the place sold in one day. I would highly recommend Annie.
Annie is not the type of realtor which is simply "just trying to sell you a house." Annie is very knowledgeable about the area, schools and various developments. Annie's overall knowledge of real state to include her marketing and negotiation skills lead our house to sell at market value price in minimal time while also assisting us with the purchase of our new home. It should be said, when you are simultaneously making a major sell and purchase it is not uncommon for unexpected issues arise. Accordingly, without hesitation Annie remained professional and mitigated the unexpected issues, resulting in all party's being satisfied and maintained the predetermined scheduled closure date.
