Jodi Freedman and Annie Hart Cool get my highest possible rating. Jodi and Annie work as a team. The teamwork approach means that there is always someone to pick up the phone, answer a text, address an issue or contribute unique knowledge/professional opinions. This dynamic team came to me highly recommended. I want to emphasize just how fortunate I was to meet them and sign them as my agents to sell a family home. I was selling a house on Cape Cod but live on the other coast. The logistics seemed insurmountable. Jodi and Annie were a joy to work with. They helped clear every hurdle on the way to a successful sale. I recall meeting Jodi for the first time. She arrived with a burst of positive energy and thoughtful advice, and her efforts never lessened over the course of many months. She said she would be my ‘boots on the ground’ to get things done. We joked that track shoes were sometimes necessary! Simply put, Jodi and Annie were uniformly upbeat, patient, highly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. They have all the necessary connections to get work done, and when those connections were not enough, they efficiently found other solutions. Jodi and Annie have exceptional communication skills. They coordinated our efforts across the continent, thoughtfully considered ways to make my job easier and generally enabled me to sleep at night knowing that everything was on track. I cannot recommend this team highly enough!
