Knew and trusted Annie as a person. Integrity and willingness to do whatever to get job done. Annie Hart Cool is extremely knowledgeable, has infinite resources, is a very hard worker and and very accessible. She brought me thru very stressful situations and assured me of a positive outcome. I would recommend her to my friends and family knowing they would be well taken care of. I lived off Cape so I depended on Annie to check house during winter months. She went above and beyond for me. She has strong relationship s with numerous professionals who show up and do an excellent job for reasonable prices.Jane
