She treats you like a friend. She helped us buy a home that had been a reverse mortgage. She explained from the start that patience would be needed and it sure was. The listing agent was less than helpful and not very communicative. Annette was very helpful in guiding us through the maze of buying a reverse mortgage home. (Not always an easy task, we found out.) But after long delays, dead silence, and many hoops our family members are comfortably housed in a very nice, affordable home thanks to all of her efforts.

Annette can set it up to send listings you might be interested in as she did me. Then when I had an idea as to where I really wanted to buy and the type of place I wanted it made it easier to locate, and I was the first to get to see my condo and then I made offer right away and got it accepted. She then advised me who could best help me get the financing with my type of income. And then I was able to close on time. Everything went smooth for me thanks to her guidance.
