It took almost two years to find "the house". We knew at the first showing we wanted to make an offer. Annette drove out of her way, well past working hours, to show my husband the house because he was not able to make it to the day showing. The next morning, she had the offer written and was able to present it immediately. Her diligence helped us score our dream home, as there were several others interested in the property as well. Annette was also able to work w the sellers agent on a temporary renting agreement when we were not able to close on our original closing date. This was very helpful and important to us. The purchasing of our new home was well organized and timely. A job well done!
