I can not rave enough about Ann! We were coming from Texas to buy in Florida in an incredibly competitive market, but Ann was our savior! She knew the area and knew what was what. Not only did she know the market, but she was also wonderfully patient with us having to fly in and out of the state. She was willing to go above and beyond in so many ways. Buying a house is always stressful, and doing it from 1200 miles away is crazy!!! But, Ann really did make it as stress-free as if we were just across the street. She had suggestions for people we needed all along the way and everyone she sent us to was just a gem to work with. (I also double-checked prices, because that's how I am - they all came in at great deals!) Ann did a great job helping us buy our home, but more importantly, she is just a great person. It is so nice to work with someone that is good at their job AND just good. You should be stressed by the house not the realtor! Ann is stress free, that's A+++ in my book.
