My situation was an outlier given I had purchased a new construction remotely without ever stepping foot until closing day, which took an entire year to settle. Annette is the most accommodating, considerate real estate agent that we have ever dealt with, and we have moved over 6 times in the past 8 years. She is the first agent to find “us” houses, versus us finding the houses and forwarding them on to an agent so we may go see them in person. She rearranged the closing date with the mortgage company, the closing attorney, and the sellers, to have it work into our schedule.
