She is the first agent to find “us” houses, versus us finding the houses and forwarding them on to an agent so we may go see them in person. She rearranged the closing date with the mortgage company, the closing attorney, and the sellers, to have it work into our schedule. And everyone was more than happy, since we moved the closing date “up” a week-so all parties were thrilled. She returned our calls promptly, worked with the selling agent and inspector efficiently, and met us whenever we were in town to see and tour various homes, and to see the home we purchased on 3 occasions.
