Annette stayed in contact with me and knew what other homes in the neighborhood sold for thus making sure I didn't sell for less than the property was worth. She set up the open house weekend, and when I could not get back over there beforehand, she had the lawn mowed and the house cleaned up some. She negotiated the price between multiple buyers and assisted making sure all the i's were dotted and all the t's were crossed so the paperwork was complete and there wouldn't be any delays in closing. I wasn't looking forward to going through the process of selling the house, but Annette made it really easy. Without any question, I would work with her again.

Annette and Paula were both amazing in the sale of our home. From the initial consultation all the way to the closing, they were honest and kept us in the loop throughout the process, explaining everything. I worked with Annette Klohn over 9 years ago when I was buying my property. At some point during that interaction, she said "I hope one day you'll have the chance to see how hard I will work for you if you were to sell." That stuck with me all these years, and when it came time to sell the same property this year, there wasn't any other person I would consider working with. Annette is dedicated, compassionate, and fully understood what I needed and wanted from this transaction. I couldn't have asked for a better person in my corner to talk me down from a spiral or to do everything they could to negotiate for me on my behalf. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy OR sell. She's 10/10 for me.

Annette has worked with us for probably a little over a year trying to find the house that would be a perfect home for our family. Early in the process we were looking at renting and when things did work out (on our end, not for the lack of help from Annette) and we didn't end up moving, months went by and when we messaged her again to resume the search she didn't miss a beat. We were so indecisive about what we wanted. If we wanted to rent or buy, where we wanted to look, proximity from our jobs, ect. So for the second time, we paused our search. Months later again we were finally ready to resume our search and Annette picked us back up again! We always felt so bad for not knowing what we wanted and never completing a sale but Annette was NEVER upset that with all of her searching for us, none of them worked out. So when we found some homes we liked we new we had to make sure Annette was the one to help us complete this process and she sure did just that. She went above and beyond in many ways. She even brought out a contractor during our second viewing of our home to make sure all of the things that we wanted to renovate on our home were even possible so that we had no surprises after we bought it. We would never have made it to this point without Annette never giving up on us! We will ALWAYS recommend her to anyone we know that is looking!

Annette has such a kind heart and takes her clients happiness very seriously. If you need someone to help you sell or buy a home, she is an amazing person to have along side you.

Annette is very knowledgeable about the market and what else is available to compare to for you. She makes the sale feel like you’re dealing with a family friend not just a realtor.
