Annette Boggs : my go-to realtor! I don't know how she does it but she makes herself available when we need her! We can call her out of the blue, without warning and she is there for us. We traveled to Pacific Grove (2.5 hour drive) drove by a house that looked interesting and called her at 5 pm. She didn't know we were coming, didn't know we were in the market, but she was there in less than 15 minutes. No advanced notice but she didn't mind! She is always available day or night.
