Annette is the best realtor that we have worked with. We have sold property in five states and we bought two and sold two properties in Monterey/ Pacific Grove with Annette. She was very specific about the details of the home, including all upgrades. I came back the following Sunday and expressed my interest in purchasing the home. We were coming to Monterey with the intention of purchasing a property we would use for ourselves and partly rent. We live in Virginia and were only in town three days. We had been watching the market and provided Annette a list of 12 houses we wanted to see. We knocked them out day 1 and asked to return to a couple of them on day 2, and with Annette’s guidance, made an offer which was accepted on day 3. Annette was and has been extremely helpful in the post purchase phase since we won’t be back in town for a month.
