Annette is the best. I sold two properties with Annette, Daren Roberts, and ERA New Age Real Estate. They have a lot of integrity. I took Annette and her team's honesty, hard work, and determination for granted. Annette is so professional and easy to communicate with, you assume all real estate people are straight forward and trustworthy. I had been working ERA New Age Real Estate for years and was lured away by dishonesty and lies of better property management with better real estate deals. Annette and everyone at ERA New Age Real Estate is clear, friendly, helpful, and honest; that when working with people who deliberately sabotage business with the opposite; it is jarring and unimaginable. I really didn't appreciate Annette's business skills and sturdy morals. I found myself in a really bad situation and Annette, Daren, and the ERA New Age team really helped me out. I don't know anyone's real estate situation, but if you're needing professionalism, honesty, and a lot of integrity in a straight forward person, Annette Avery is the best.
