As everyone knows, real estate is hot in Florida. When we found a condo on-line that fit our requirements, time was of the essence but, unfortunately, the agent we had been using was unavailable on the day we wanted to see the condo. Undaunted, we stopped by building security anyway to see if there might be a resident agent who could assist us. Within minutes, an energetic Annerley was downstairs introducing herself and, although the selling agent was not able to get us in the unit, Annerley gave us a full tour of the building, told us about the history, and explained the planned phases of improvements. That evening, she coordinated with the sales agent and we were back the following day with enough time time in the unit to get a good read as well as ask more questions. We knew we had a gem so the next day we called Annerley and collaborated with her on presenting an offer to the seller. After a counter, we had a deal! Annerley made everything effortless every step of the way from the beginning to the closing.
