I want to publicly thank Anne Wiens. We asked Anne to help us sell our home in Club at Westpark retirement community. The market timing was difficult and we listed during a real estate downturn for the area. The development had a lot of homes for sale, three of which were the same model as ours. We trusted Anne to evaluate the market and develop a sales plan. We accepted her advice and her efforts found a buyer who was motivated. We closed the deal today. I highly recommend Anne for her honesty, integrity, knowledge and professionalism.
