Anne Wiens is a rare find. Not only is she a top notch 5+ star Realtor, but she is also a genuinely kind and considerate person who is devoted to getting the job done. Anne helped my husband and I sell our home with integrity and efficiency. She has a patient no pressure approach that made the process easy to grasp and surprisingly fun. Her team of recommended professionals prepared our home for market quickly and her real estate photographer was excellent. Within 3 days of listing we accepted a solid offer. However, we almost lost our buyer due to the arrival of a large swarm of boxelder bugs in our maple trees. Anne worked tirelessly to achieve a positive outcome and to our delight, we closed on the sale in under 3 weeks. My husband and I first met Anne several years ago at an open house that she was hosting and we immediately decided that we wanted to work with her. We are so happy that we never wavered on that decision.

We were looking to move from Arizona to Roseville, CA. Anne was recommended to us by a very experienced realtor in 55+ communities. We met her in person and immediately knew that she was the type of person we needed to represent us. The reasons were; she is familiar with all the adult communities we were exploring, she listened to what we said and was personable, funny, smart and very honest. She provided us access to the listing service from her company so we could check on houses remotely. The 2 times we visited to see homes, she spent multiple days and numerous hours working on getting appointments and being familiar with the ins and outs of each home and home owners association. One of her best attributes was pointing out hidden flaws of each house, which was very much appreciated. She steered us to the right community for us and negotiated a great deal for our purchase. We highly recommend Anne because she will work hard for her clients and she is such a kind, sweet person while also being highly professional and knowledgeable.

My father decided it was time for a life change, so we found him an independent living facility. He was unable to make trips to his home, and I live out of state. Anne and her team connected us with a number of businesses which helped make the sale and move easy on my dad. She and her team made multiple trips to the property; cleaning out items left from the Estate Sale, being available for repairmen and inspectors and resolving last minute issues as they arose. I feel that there are some agents who do not earn the fees they charge. Anne is not that type of agent. I recommend her without reservation and would hire her again.
