I've had the fortunate experience of working with Anne to both buy and sell a house. Four years ago, I was looking for a moderately priced home in Rocklin--my first house--and was referred to Anne. She treated me like her own relative, giving me her honest opinion on houses she didn't think were up to snuff and being super responsive when I found something I liked. Thanks to her hard work, I successfully purchased the first home I put a bid on. Phew! Anne was active in the closing process, which was great since I was new to all this, and also had lots of helpful resources for handyman work and the like. I very much enjoyed my time in that house. Four years later, I decided to move to another state and got ahold of Anne to sell the house she helped me get. She gave me detailed instructions to get the house in order (without spending much money at all, thankfully!), added a few staging elements, hired an excellent photographer, and got the house on the market in about five days. She was highly communicative as tours and offers started to come in, which was especially helpful as I happened to be traveling. Less than a week later, after a bit of counteroffer action (Anne loves some counteroffer action), I accepted an offer $26k over asking--and almost 40% more than what I paid in 2018. Amazing result! With Anne guiding the process, we were able to close in about three weeks - I had already purchased my new house, so the faster the better.
