I am fortunate to have worked with Anne Wiens as both a buyer (in 2011) and a seller (in 2025). She is excellent--very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, creative and able to tailor her approach to the needs of all parties and get the job done. Excellent market instincts. Great follow through, dependable. And, very easy to work with! (Plus, she is just a very nice but savvy person). Highly recommend her without any reservations.

Anne was such a pleasure to work with. She helped make my process of buying a home seamless and so issue. Any questions and/or help needed; Anne responded timely. She is wealth of information for this Senior community. I highly recommend Anne anytime anyone is looking for buyer or seller representation!

Anne was amazing. She guided us through the process seemlessly with clarity, kindness, and warmth. We would recommend her in a heartbeat for anyone in the market.

My primary objective was to purchase a house on a golf course for the views. While looking, I was tempted to buy a less desirable golf course house but Anne encouraged me to be patient. How grateful I am for that advise! Within 6 months, Anne found my dream house! My current house then sold quickly which left me with two closings within 5 days. Throughout this time Anne guided me through the complicated and lengthy process, suggesting excellent resources, offering reassurance and council throughout. Anne’s experience and expertise was critical to my successful closings and timely move. I’m ever so grateful for Anne and her the Coldwell Banker team.

Our experience with Anne goes through five years of buying and selling houses. Our properties were quickly marketed and sold or purchased with ease and professional assistance that comes from her many years of experience.

Anne sold my parents home in Sun City Roseville. From meeting her at the beginning to the sell of the home she was friendly, organized, and very professional. I appreciated her quick responses, staging touches and her helpful advice during negotiations. I highly recommend Anne to be your realtor!

Anne is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, goes the extra mile, supportive, she has sold 3 of my homes and buy a home! I feel very secure in her hands!!

Have been a client of Mrs. Wiens for six years we are well aware of her skills as a Broker and her knowledge of real estate in the Roseville area. The property purchased is exactly what we wanted and she was able to satisfy our needs and wants in very short time.

Anne was on the spot at every point in not only buying a new house, but in selling our existing home. She was more than available at every step of each transaction. We could not have asked for more. And she always had a smile for us!

I want to publicly thank Anne Wiens. We asked Anne to help us sell our home in Club at Westpark retirement community. The market timing was difficult and we listed during a real estate downturn for the area. The development had a lot of homes for sale, three of which were the same model as ours. We trusted Anne to evaluate the market and develop a sales plan. We accepted her advice and her efforts found a buyer who was motivated. We closed the deal today. I highly recommend Anne for her honesty, integrity, knowledge and professionalism.

Anne was a fabulous advocate for finding just the right house for us.

Anne was absolutely wonderful to work with in the search and purchase of my new home. She is consistently thoughtful, responsive and thorough. I highly recommend Anne!
