I was in the midst of a relocation to the east coast. Anne supported me throughout the process with frequent updates and resources to support the quick sale of my home in a challenging market.
My father decided it was time for a life change, so we found him an independent living facility. He was unable to make trips to his home, and I live out of state. Anne and her team connected us with a number of businesses which helped make the sale and move easy on my dad. She and her team made multiple trips to the property; cleaning out items left from the Estate Sale, being available for repairmen and inspectors and resolving last minute issues as they arose. I feel that there are some agents who do not earn the fees they charge. Anne is not that type of agent. I recommend her without reservation and would hire her again.
