We hired Anne Stark in December 2025 to sell our home in La Quinta, CA. From our very first meeting, Anne was "on the same page" with us re: our desired listing price, along with her ability to be an attentive and responsive agent, returning phone calls, text or emails in a timely fashion everyday. Since this home was a vacation getaway and our primary residence is 500 miles north in the SF Bay Area, we relied on Anne to make sure everything was in order, before putting our home on the market. However in the end, Anne brought us a buyer with a full price offer, 2 days before it was to be listed on the MLS!! Win/Win. As far as the closing process goes, Anne was also very good at details + making sure all necessary papers were in order, using the remote electronic process of Docusign. When dealing with an agent involved in the purchase of a home, you expect competence. What you don't always get is great service and a real desire to serve. Anne has both these qualities in spades. From initial negotiations through closing, Anne was on top of every situation. She was very responsive to all my inquiries involving the sale and arranged introductions to the Club, which expedited that part of the process. The entire purchase was made easy and seamless.
