Anne was amazing in every way. She helped us prepare and sell a home for an injured friend. She became part of our family as we navigated this effort. Her advice on what to update and how to update it was invaluable and helped us get a very good and fair price for the house. She has a wealth of knowledge about contractors, what to hire done what you can do yourself. There is no task too small to evade her attention and she will go the extra mile routinely. Her read on the market overall and in the relevant area specifically was right on the money. Timing was also a big factor for us as this effort took quite a while and we never went wrong following her advice. She kept us updated every step of the way and was always a joy to talk to. We went to her because she was already a trusted advisor from a previous sale of another home so if I had to sum up Anne - Consistently Spectacular! Its very rare to find that level of professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence these days.
