She is amazing. With her knowledge, I was able to buy my dream house without selling my old house first. Then she gave me advice on what needed to be done to get top dollar for the old house. She sold it in two days. She responds promptly to texts, calls and emails and answers all questions, even the “dumb client” ones. I would highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.

I must say that Anne was an absolute pleasure to work with in the process of listing and selling our home! From beginning to end, Anne was extremely friendly and professional. She was also very responsive with communication, and always made herself available to answer questions and provide guidance whenever I would call, email, or text her. This was my first time selling a home, and though it was overwhelming at first, Anne made the whole process very easy to deal with. Documents needing signatures were promptly emailed to us, and extremely fast/easy to complete from anywhere using either my phone or computer. There were also several items the buyers requested to have repaired/addressed on our home, and I was admittedly at a loss of where to start or who to call to begin the work. Anne however, was very helpful in having recommended professionals to complete the work, and was able to meet/work with them at our house whenever I wasn't available to be there myself. Being that I live out of town, her willingness to be available in my place when needed was such a vital convenience for me! In the end, Anne's assessment of our home's current market value and recommended listing price were right on point. I cannot tell you what a wonderful experience that my wife and I had with Anne. Anne was actually representing the buyers of a house that we had for sale. But we fell in love with her as well.
