Anne Rosen didn’t always dream of a career in real estate and when the opportunity arrived she entered at a time that many view as the worst economic time in recent memory. While many in the industry talked about “how terrible the market is” and how “buyers won’t get off the fence", and how “sellers just aren’t realistic", Anne hadn’t experienced the heyday. For some, “been there, done that” is an expression. For Anne, it is the absolute truth. She was a world traveler at the age of 4, living in Germany and The Netherlands as her Dad served our country as a US Army Officer. Her experience living in various communities around the country and the world created the foundation for Anne’s patience for others’ needs and ability to appreciate individual differences. Anne has been a buyer and a seller and brings that understanding to each client transaction. The process is the same each time – and that is where the similarity ends. She is always excited every March when her Kansas Jayhawks are part of the “Madness” of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Wow! What an amazing experience.

We met with Ann early in the process of selling our home. We still had about a month before we wouod truly be ready to put our house on the market. When she showed up she was prepared and ready to walk us through the process. She was quick to answer a text or call when we had questions. Our house sold in less than 2 days with multiple offers. Her research and experience put us in the best position possible as a seller. I would definitely use Ann again if the opportunity arises.

Anne is not intrusive.

Anne was incredibly responsive and more than willing to answer any and all questions I had relating to processes that come along with being a first time buyer. She went above and beyond to find properties that fit my admittedly long list of wants & sent them over regularly. Really appreciated having her throughout the home buying process and would definitely recommend her and her team!

Anne was very helpful putting our house on the market

Anne was very helpful putting our house on the market. She geared up quickly to get our house ready to sell fast. She has a very positive attitude, gives you the facts and makes you feel confident your house is priced right. We'd recommend her to anyone selling a condo downtown or in the south loop - she really knows the area. We sold our condo in 2 weeks :)
