We met with Ann early in the process of selling our home. We still had about a month before we wouod truly be ready to put our house on the market. When she showed up she was prepared and ready to walk us through the process. She was quick to answer a text or call when we had questions. Our house sold in less than 2 days with multiple offers. Anne was very helpful putting our house on the market. She geared up quickly to get our house ready to sell fast. She has a very positive attitude, gives you the facts and makes you feel confident your house is priced right. We'd recommend her to anyone selling a condo downtown or in the south loop - she really knows the area. We sold our condo in 2 weeks :)

Anne was very skilled in finding a buyer right away upon listing but the closing process was a whole another thing. With buyers financial approvals, Anne was patient in helping me with my questions, responding and reacting quickly and truly being supporting as a sellers agent. I think she was just as disappointed with the length of the closing if not more. At one time we discussed of taking the unit off market and relisting and she shared the pros and cons which was helpful. We waited and ultimately got the closing done. The real estate sites and process to me is very cumbersome and Anne tried to help the best she could.
