Anne assisted me in selling my Mom's home. She really payed attention to all of the details. She kept me informed throughout the entire process. I needed special contracts drawn up, that covered us, so the buyers could make improvements on the house prior to closing. Everything moved very quickly and the closing went off without a hitch! She is very knowledgeable of the area, responsive and knew exactly what we needed to do for the specific contracts we needed. She also made sure, during this pandemic, all precautions were taken, for everyone to remain safe.
