Recently having my sister Pass I needed a realtor to help in selling her townhouse. I was named the Executor of her estate. I had no idea what I was doing and did not want to fail my niece and nephews. It was through reading many reviews on Yelp that I decided to give Annie a call. Not a day goes by that I don’t count my blessings for making such a good choice and realizing if it weren’t for those reviews things would have probably turned out a lot different. That’s why I’m here now writing this review. Annie’s knowledge and experience was very evident on our first meeting giving me peace of mind that we were heading in the right direction. Her guidance and suggestions all through the process was spot on. Crazy as it sounds we listed the property on December first and it sold in approximately 37 days! Annie you truly were a God send!!!
