Anne guided us through the incredibly difficult and competitive Cambridge housing market so that we were able to maximize the sales price of our home and to avoid any potential complications or delays in the selling process. Anne was very welcoming and introduced the pros and cons of property and even helped me get rough ideas about the potential renovation costs. Although we did not end up loving the house, we found Anne professional, passionate and trustworthy, so we chose Anne as our buying agent in September. She also points out issues you may not have thought of that could be potential problems. As a first time home buyer this is very helpful. She is great at connecting with all parties to understand their perspectives and tailor the deal. She is quite responsive and guides the process along smoothly. Her local connections help her find deals and financing and other services you need. She takes the time to explain and share her ideas on topics of interest that other realtors may shy away from, such as estimating prices of repairs, and the pros and cons of various services. Anne is excellent and I highly recommend her. We sold our house without a seller’s agent, and Anne represented the buyer. She is very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job for her clients. She really knows the Belmont market and was on top of all of the details. We had lots of interest for our house and could have accepted an offer from a buyer without an agent (and therefore saved the buyer’s agent fee) but we went with Anne and her clients because we could tell Anne knew her business and had confidence we would have no surprises.
