Thank you for giving me a chance to review Anne Nosnitsky's services as a real estate agent. I'd give her a whole galaxy of stars if that were allowed! At the beginning of 2020 I found myself wholly unexpectedly serving as the Executor of a complicated Estate, which included a house in Princeton. The house had a great location, but had not been kept up. In order to meet the tight NJ inheritance tax deadline, the house had to be sold as-is as quickly as possible. The Estate's lawyer had used Anne's services before in a similar situation and recommended her highly. Throughout the following months, I relied on Anne's expert, prompt, and friendly guidance to get through the maze of house-clearing, dumpster removal, inspections, surveying, flood-hazard reports, insurance, certifications, offers and counter-offers.... Despite the additional complication of the pandemic shut-down, the house went on the market in early March and, after a bidding war, closed on April 30. Even though Anne had a serious accident just before closing, she insisted on txting from her hospital bed to make sure everything went right with the final walk-through! Anne helped us move into the Pennington/Princeton area in 2002 from out-of-state. We were immediately impressed with her affability, and tremendous knowledge of the area. She quickly found home possibilities best tailored to our personal needs, and in short order found us an ideally situated home at the right price. In the intervening years to the recent sale of the same home, Anne continued her outreach and was always available with home help tips, information on contractors and how to get things done with NJ agencies including the local township. Anne's advice on our home sale, to dos etc, including complex renovation of a 1980-installed septic system all took place after we moved to Boston. Anne's diligence in the process, assistance securing permits, inspections etc, was again second to none. Notably, during this time Anne was convalescing from a car accident, so her attention to our needs was all the more remarkable. In addition to being a highly competent and effective realtor, she is a truly delightful person. She is able to attune her personality perfectly to the needs of her clients, and is at all times appropriately humorful, engaging and respectful. We couldn't more highly recommend Anne as either a buyer's or seller's agent. Over the years, Anne has helped many of my colleagues all of whom are consistent in singing the praises of this wonderful person!

Anne has been in the Real Estate Business for many years and is extremely knowledgeable. Always on top of the market and always has great suggestions for making the sell move more smoothly. Very impressed with her professionalism and candor.
