I was out of the country for nearly the entire process of showing and negotiating. Anne happily took on many tasks that otherwise would have fallen to me: coordinating work on the hot water heater, the chimney, the water meter, and repairs inside and outside the house, plus the sale when my belongings were cleared out. Not to mention checking my mailbox and ensuring that anything important got to me, plus dealing with the municipality on some permits. All done as if it was totally routine. This was concierge-level service! Five stars defined as "excellent"? - no, I would say superb.
