Anne sold our home while we were 2,600 miles away. She spent a considerable amount of time rearranging household items, pictures etc. She even boxed up things to make the house more presentable. She had arranged for painting and water softener maintenance. In sum, she spent countless hours in the house prior to listing it for sale. Then she sold the house in about 4 days. She worked so hard. There we no open house showings. Each private showing, and there were over 20, was done individually by her.
